Commercial Expo HAR/Commercial Gateway and SIOR present the 2004 Commercial Expo on Tuesday, April 20 at the J.W. Marriott Convention Center (Westheimer at Sage across from the Galleria).
In its 22nd year, Commercial Expo is the premier commercial real estate networking event in Houston. Attendees will be able to meet a variety of exhibitors including developers, portfolio managers of industrial, office, retail and land properties, and vendors of leading-edge commercial real estate services. This year’s program features a special forum to be held at 3:00 p.m., prior to the tradeshow.
Originally called Developer Day, the concept for Commercial Expo is to “provide information and education of a national convention caliber at the local level,” says Cushman & Wakefield’s David Cook. Cook, then vice president of the Houston Chapter of SIOR (The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®), helped to organize the first Developer Day in 1983 at the Knoll Furniture Showroom. The Houston Association of Realtors® is proud to have been a part of this tradition since its inception.
